We offer a 30-day return policy for Närande products to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are
unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of the
original purchase date. Upon receipt of the returned product, you will be eligible for a 75%
refund of the amount paid for the product. Please note that the original shipping and handling
costs are not included in the refund. The refund will be issued back to the original payment
method used for the purchase.
To initiate a product refund, kindly follow the procedure outlined below:
A. Contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of your purchase to obtain a
Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number will be valid for 5 days
from the date of issuance.
B. Package the product securely in a protective container or carton, ensuring that the RMA
number provided by the Customer Service Agent is clearly printed on the outside of the package.

C. As the customer, you are responsible for covering the shipping and courier costs associated
with the return. Additionally, any damage or loss that occurs during the shipping process will be

product.
Once we receive and verify the returned product according to the above procedure, a refund will
be issued. The refund will amount to 75% of the price paid for the product, excluding any
shipping or handling fees. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for
the initial order, such as a credit card or PayPal. Our aim is to resolve the matter and issue the
refund within 30 days. Please note that variations in this procedure may occur due to local, state,
or provincial repurchase laws or requirements.
D. Please note that if the Company has already provided a refund to the requesting customer in
the past, a refund will not be available for the current request.
